Hello and Welcome! 

 

I am Emily Rose Sullivan, and I am a commercial photographer specializing in portraits, headshots, group shots, graduations and family milestones!

 

My style is professional, warm, approachable and fun! and my goal is to make you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera as we work together to create images that you will love.

 

I recently moved to San Diego from New Jersey to explore and expand my business. ​

My photography career began working with high-end retail fashion, shooting beautiful images of brands such as Chanel, Hermes, Gucci, Cartier, Tom Ford, YSL, and Louis Vuitton. Then due to Covid-19, I moved my business outdoors and into the world of portraiture, families and head shots.

Here in San Diego, I opened up my repertoire to include a new genre of family photography to include engagement shoots, weddings and other family events.  

With two universities close by, I am thrilled to offer sorority application shots,  graduation sessions, and in preparation for new careers, bios head shots for LinkedIn and the like.  

 

During college I earned a degree in Cinematography and gained valuable experience as I produced my own short film, assisted as a set designer, worked on lighting tech and as a team member on productions including documentaries, commercials, shorts, and reality TV programming.

I consider photography another form of storytelling.  Looking through old photos reminds us of the important moments of our lives and our personal stories.  Both photos and videos are great storytellers, reminding us of who we are, what is important to us, and the things we hold dear.  

 

I feel it is so important to capture these moments. Your “future you” will thank you.
